Sheriff’s deputies search for wanted sex offender
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office says it’s searching for 47-year-old David Cardenas. He’s wanted on a parole violation warrant and failing to register as a sex offender.
Cardenas was convicted of raping a 12-year-old girl in Georgia. He was last seen at the El Paso multi-use facility at the 1700 block of Horizon Boulevard.
