Charlotte’s Furniture closing its doors

Charlotte’s Furniture, founded in 1951, will close its doors in the near future.

The store, located at 5411 N. Mesa, has already notified empleoyees and clients.

“While we are proud of our success and thankful for your devoted support, the time has come for other pursuits. We are eager to visit with many of you in the coming months as we prepare to turn the page to the next chapter of our lives,” said owners Melissa and Charlotte O’Rourke.

A “retirement sale” is scheduled to begin Wednesday, August 23, 2017.
