Media location for Beto O’Rourke’s El Paso rally announced

Before Beto O’Rourke kicks off his presidential campaign in El Paso next Saturday, ABC-7 has confirmed the media location.

This morning, O’Rourke’s campaign confirmed the members of the press will be staged at El Paso Street and Overland Avenue. The media location appears to indicate that this rally will be close to the Arts Festival Plaza.

As ABC-7 first reported on Tuesday , the City of El Paso said the campaign had asked about two possible locations. One of those sites is by the Plaza Theatre where the downtown Farmer’s Market is held.

The other site mentioned El Paso Street, which is an open area.

No other details about the location were released, but ABC-7 will update this article as soon as the campaign releases more details.
