Earlington carries San Diego past Portland 68-63 in OT

SAN DIEGO — Marcellus Earlington had 21 points and 10 rebounds as San Diego narrowly beat Portland 68-63 in overtime. Mike Meadows led the Pilots on Thursday night with 16 points.
