El Paso’s Star on the Mountain flashes 23 times in honor of Aug 3 victims

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso's Star on the Mountain flashed 23 times this evening in honor of the 23 lives lost on August 3, 2019.

That was the day a gunman walked into the Cielo Vista Walmart, changing El Paso forever.

Today, ABC-7 provided complete team coverage of the fifth anniversary of the mass shooting.
