El Paso chef named a James Beard Award finalist
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- An El Paso Chef is hoping to be named a James Beard Award winner. Emiliano Marentes is chef and owner of Elemi in downtown El Paso.
The organization named him a finalist for the coveted award earlier this year.
Marentes is a graduate of EPCC's Culinary Arts program. He made the list of award hopefuls last year, too! We will bring you the results as soon as they are announced.
