Victor “Hugo” Espinosa: Military Monday honoree for May 26, 2025
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- ABC-7 is saluting the men and women of our armed forces and our veterans with Military Monday.
Today we are recognizing Victor "Hugo" Espinosa. A life-time El Pasoan who served in the Korean War.
He was awarded a medal of honor for his service and actions in the war.
