I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself along with the services that I offer in my facility. I have an extensive education ranging from a doctorate in exercise science with concentration in anatomy, a master of science in exercise physiology with emphasis in movement science, a master of business administration in health care management, a bachelor of science in occupational therapy, a state board license/national board certification in occupational therapy, a state board license/national board certification in massage therapy/bodywork, a certification in the St. John method of neuromuscular massage therapy, a certification in strength and flexibility from the national academy of sports medicine and a certification in personal training from the international pro-fit training institute. I am a certified master practitioner in the art and science of humanistic neurolinguistic psychology and I am a master time line therapy practitioner. I have over 9 years combined experience in serving as a national teaching assistant for neuromuscular massage therapy seminars and as a massage therapy instructor for professional massage therapy training in Texas. I have served as state examiner for the Texas Department Of Health Massage Therapy Practical Examination and soon will open my own massage school Рthe International Massage Institute. I am founder and developer of STAEBISIZE (the science of exercising without moving) & SPINNEISIZE (complete body cardio-strength stabilization through group cycling). In 1993, I started developing this multi-dimensional muscular approach to stabilizing the mind, body & spirit towards zero degrees of health (3M̥T Release), which is the basis I use in helping guide you to a healthier and more relaxing tomorrow.
