Staebisize: The Science Of Exercising Without Movement
Can you image starting a simple, gentle exercise program, only instead of moving to exercise you hold to stabilize? It’s here, and it’s called STAEBISIZE.
Developed by David Ledesma, STAEBISIZE works on a principle of non-traditional stabilization not of traditional stabilization and/or movement. If muscles tighten in a coordinated and balanced manner to produce movement, then the movement component (traditional movement based exercise programs) is being activated. If muscles tighten at an attempt to hold the structure upright against gravity, then the stabilization component that traditional stabilization principles teach is being activated. More specifically, when muscles tighten towards movement, the component being activated is that of movement even though muscle is tightened and held towards a shortened or lengthened muscle position. When muscles tighten to balance towards a stabilized, normal resting point (four dimensional zero degrees perspective) in the presence of balanced muscle (muscle that is neither in a shortened or lengthened state), then this non-traditional stabilization component introduced through STAEBISIZE is being activated.
