BP Agent Pelted With Rocks, Fires Once On Illegals
EL PASO, TX. – A Border Patrol agent returns fire after illegal pelt him with stones and flee back across the Rio Grande.
Officials say a Border Patrol agent shot at a group of people on Thursday, after they threw rocks as they crossed the nearly dry Rio Grande. Officials say they suspect it was a group of illegal immigrants that saw the agent and thenran back into Mexico.
The Border Patrol has not released the agent’s name, but says he fired at least one shot at the illegals. Mexican police later searched the area, but say they did not find anyone.
