Carmen Reyes-Naifeh

Carmen Reyes-Naifeh is a registered nurse and the administrator for Alpha Home Nurses. She has been practicing nursing since September 1984. Carmen attended the University of Texas at El Paso and El Paso Community College earning her nursing degree. She has experience in medical/surgical, psychiatric, renal transplant, and was the charge nurse of a Dialysis Unit under direction of Dr. Melvin Fox. Carmen was the Director and Alternate Administrator of Nurses for two previous home health agencies over the past six years. She started her own Home Health Agency in July of 2002. In 2001 Carmen received extensive Management Education through workshops and seminars as required by Medicare/ Medicaid and BNE for Administration duties. Carmen continues her education and training by attending Medicare Home Health Update workshops. She is certified as a wound nurse through K.C.I. She is a member of the El Paso Mountain Lion??s Club, Alzheimer??s Association, Better Business Bureau, Texas Association of Home Health Care, A.N.D.A., and is very involved in the community.
