Driver, Passengers Not Seriously Hurt In Slippery Road Crash

EL PASO, TX. — A local motorist and his passengers managed to escape serious injury after the car they were riding in flipped over on Saturday on wet pavement.

It happened before5 p.m.on I-10 east at the onramp toExecutive Center Boulevard.

Adam Knowles, the driver of a green Ford Focus, said he hit some slick water, fishtailed, and rolled over. The car landed on its side.

Despite it all, the driver and passengers were in good spirits. “She got a cut on her hand, he cut his arm, she got glass in her hand,” Knowles said, in recounting the aftermath.

Additionally, Knowles said he thinks his car was not seriously damaged, all things considered.
