Evacuation Centers Stay Open For New Flooding
EL PASO, TX. — Heavy rains overnight have have prompted authorities with the Emergency Operations Center to resume operations, and officials have reopened three shelters for those whose homes are still flooded or will become flooded.
El Paso High has been reopened as an evacuationcenter for people needing shelter in Central El Paso.
The Tigua Community Center, 11200 Santos Sanchez, is staying open as an evacuation center for Lower Valley residents.
