Car Overturns In House’s Driveway

EL PASO, TX. –Police continued their search Sunday for a driverwho was involved in a rollover crashthat happened on the site of a Lower Valley home.

Officers saidithappened around 1:20a.m. at the corner of Park Haven and Borrett streets,near North Loop and Lee Trevino.

Police tell ABC 7 that speed is an apparent factor in this crash. They say whenthe driverlost control of the vehicle, itrolled or flippedover andcame to restin the driveway of a house.

Officers said they found no one inside the vehicle. The driver managed to run away from the scene, they said.

However, police think the driver may have been seriously hurt, as officers said theyfound a large stain on the driver’s seat, whichappeared to beblood.

One of the residents living at the affected home told ABC 7 that she saw a man leave the scene and get into a car that was following him. Police had not confirmed that information as of mid-morning.
