California Man Dies When Car Flips Over Near Deming
NEW MEXICO- A California manis killedSundaymorning in a rollover crash on a stretchof highway between Lordsburg and Deming.
New Mexico State Police officers tell ABC-7, 41-year old Alexandro Batista and a friend were driving East on I-10 near mile marker 49, when a semi-truck swereved into their lane.
Mr. Batista over-corrected and in the process, flipped his car.
He died on the scene and his passenger is in a Deming hospital.
