Man Injured In Lower Valley Stabbing
EL PASO, TX — Emergency crews rushed a man to a local hospital on Sundayafter he was stabbed in the abdomen.
Emergency crewswere notified of the incident just before 5 a.m. Police officers came out to the intersection of Meraz and Gateway East where they found the victim bleeding profusely from his midsection.
Police have not released the name of the victim. Medical crews took the man to Thomason Hospital for treatment of potentially serious injuries.
Authorities have released no information on a suspect. Witnesses say they saw the victim arguing with another man just before the victim was stabbed.
Police are currently looking for a white or hispanic man who was last seen wearing a cowboy hat, an orange or red shirt and jeans.
