Victims Of Juarez Dentist Outraged, Speak Out

CD JUAREZ, MX. – The Juarez dentist accused of defrauding theU.S. government will be out of jail until his trial begins.

A U.S. District judge has allowed Raul Hector Villalobos and his wife Elizabeth Villalobos out on bond. Both are charged with Money Laundering and Lying to the IRS. Raul is also charged with Mail Fraud.

He allegedly worked on patients in Juarez then billedU.S. insuarance companies to his home address in El Paso.ABC-7 spoke with a woman who says Villalobos is definitely guilty.

“I’m mad at him because that is not fair,”saidone woman, whoasked to remain anonymous. She said she took both of her teenage kids to Raul Villalobos in Juarez for braces. She claims Villalobos told her that her insurance company would cover the expenses.

The woman later found out her insurance does not cover braces, so she believes Villalobos told her insurance company that he performed a different type of procedure in order to get paid.

Furthermore, she said his office was always crowded with people who paid with insurance. “All the time he used the office, was full. How many money taken out for everybody? And nobody paid cash, everyone paid for insurance. A lot of money,” she added.

The woman also told us that she would get $20dollars from Raul Villalobos for every person she referred to him. Now, she’s worried that she helped Villalobos get away with extra money.
