Elderly Couple Loses Everything In House Fire
EL PASO, Texas – A family’s memories went up in flames Wednesday morning in El Paso’s lower valley. The blaze broke out at a home in the 600 block of Lomaland. The owners, en elderly couple, were home at the time, but were not injured.
Damage was estimated at $20,000. Officials said the home is a complete loss. Authorities said an overloaded power socket is to blame.
