County Approves $6.8 Mil Water Plan For Clint, San Elizario
EL PASO COUNTY, Texas — County Commissioners approved a $6.8 million plan Monday to bring running water and sewer services to thousands of residents in the Clint and San Elizario areas.
The county has worked out a deal with the Lower Valley Water District to install the running water.
The county will cover more than $4 million of the cost and the rest will come from grants.
