Car Ends Up In Front Lawn Of A Westside El Paso Home

The owners of one West El Paso home experienced some frightening moments early Saturday morning when a car jumped the curb, ending up in their front lawn.

The crash happened shortly before three o’clock near Northwind and Westwind.

Police said no one was hurt, and they don’t believe alcohol was a factor. They added that the driver lost control of the car after a tire blew out.

The car took out a portion of the front curb, ripping down a “no Parking” sign.

Police did not release any names but did say the homeowners were around at the time the crash happened.
