Report Illegal Dumping

The City of El Paso wants your help in reporting illegal dumping.

If you catch someone in the act of illegally dumping trash, record the license plate number of that person’s vehicle and call the City of El Paso Environmental Services at (915) 774-4500.

You can also call the police to report illegal dumping.

Be sure to get the license plate number of the person dumping illegally, and get that person’s description as well.

You should also be ready to go to court to testify against that person, according to officials with the City of El Paso’s Environmental Services division.
