UPDATE: Police Arrest Woman In Shooting Deaths Of El Paso Couple
EL PASO — Authorities arrested a 46-year-old woman in connection with the shooting deaths of her mother and stepfather in El Paso.
On Saturday, El Paso Police investigated a call about shots that were fired in the 10100 block of Kirwood, and discovered the bodies of 68-year-old Irma Quiroz and 66-year-old Alejandro Quiroz. Both lived at the home at that location.
Upon further investigation, authorities arrested 46-year-old Laura Grisel Carsner, and booked her into the El Paso County Detention Facility on one count of capital murder with a bond of $2,000,000.
EL PASO — Two people werefound dead in the backyard of a home on the 10100 Block of Kirwood street in the Northeast, according to police officials.
Investigators tell ABC-7 the victims are an elderly couple. The victims were only described as a 66-year-old man and a 68-year-old woman.
Witnesses said several people inside the residence witnessed the shooting.
A neighbor of the victims tells ABC-7 their daughter was the alleged shooter. However, the allegations have not been confirmed by police investigators.
El Paso Policeinvestigators arehandling the investigation but a person of interest is in the custody of El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
