Eleven Arrested During Westside Warrant Round-Up

EL PASO — Police officials say eleven people were arrested during an eight hour felony warrant round-up on Friday.

The operation kicked off at 6 a.m.Friday and ran until 2 p.m. Officials say 14 fourteen felony warrant were executed, resulting in the arrests.

The round-up was conducted bypolice officers assigned to the WestsideCriminal Investigation Division and the Westside Tactical Unit.

Some of the warrants were issued for charges ranging from criminal non-support, to theft and tampering with government records.
