Coldwell Banker de Wetter Hovious Wins Prestigious National Award
Coldwell Banker de Wetter Hovious, Inc. in El Paso has been named the winner of the annual Cartus Broker Network Cup.
The company’s president, Charles de Wetter, and Relocation Director, Irma Morris, were presented with the prestigious award during the 2010 Cartus Broker Network International Conference in Palm Desert, California.
“This is the single greatest honor a company can receive” said de Wetter.
Morris was excited to win the award.
“I’m just stunned, thrilled and happy,” said Morris. “We’ve been working toward this for so long. It’s an incredible feeling.”
The Cartus Cup is awarded to the Cartus broker that has exhibited exceptional quality standards, exceeded quantity levels and demonstrated outstanding service and metrics in key areas of real estate management.
“Winning the Cartus Cup is tremendously important to us,” said de Wetter. “It means we have arrived. We have attained a high standard and will be mentioned when people speak of the best brokerages in the Network.
The Cartus Cup Network is the nation’s leading real estate referral network with approximately 450 principal brokers and 500 associate brokers.
Coldwell Banker de Wetter Hovious, Inc. is the first El Paso broker to be honored with the Cartus Cup.
“This all starts with leadership at the top and flows through our organization. It culminates with our agents doing what they have to, to make this work,” Morris said.
