Sheriff’s Deputies Arrest 3 In Undercover Drug Sting At Club

An undercover drug sting by the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of three men for various drug offenses.

After receiving several complaints about drug use and drug selling at the Malibu Club in Canutillo, undercover sheriff’s deputies entered the club on June 5.

While inside the club, deputies were allegedly approached by various patrons about selling and buying drugs.

Sheriff’s officials said deputies later purchased narcotics from individuals inside the club.

Raymundo Rodriguez, 20, was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance – (Ecstasy) – and manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 2 / over 4 grams but under 200 grams (Ecstasy). His bond is $23,000.

Aldo R. Zamudio, 19, was arrested for possession of controlled substance in penalty group 2 / over 1 gram but under 4 gram (Ecstasy). His bond is $2,500.

Aaron Michael Blevins, 29, was arrested for possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. His bond is $3,000.
