Police: Speeding, Texting Led To Fatal Crash

Police say speeding and texting proved to be a lethal combination in a deadly June crash in Northeast El Paso.

The crash happened back on June 21st on the 14000 block of McCombs in northeast El Paso. According to police, 20-year-old Antonio Mondragon was texting when his car went off the road, rolling over.

Mondragon was not wearing a seatbelt.
