Device Found In East El Paso Not Explosive, Police Say
Emergency personnel at the scene on the 900 block of Mallet in East El Paso removed a smoke grenade from a storage shed at a home.
The female occupant of the house where it was found called police because she believed it was an explosive device. Law enforcement determined it was not an explosive and removed it without any injuries.
