America Ferrera’s Film At Plaza Classic Has Sold Out
The Wednesday screening of “The Dry Land” at the Plaza Classic Film Festival has sold out, according to festival organizers.
The film, starring America Ferrera and written and directed by El Paso native Ryan Piers Williams, is showing in the Plaza’s 191-seat Philanthopy Theatre. Ferrera and Williams are set to introduce the film.
“The Dry Land” is about a soldier who returns from overseas and the difficulty of re-integration to life at home.
