El Paso County government offices will be closed but city government offices will be open.
Most banks and credit unions.
Many banks and credit unions also will be closed.
U.S. Post Office locations will be closed and there will not be any home delivery except for Express Mail.
Veterans Day In El Paso
Northeast Veterans Day Parade will be at 10 a.m. Thursday. The parade will start at Hondo Pass and Stahala and end at Old Glory Memorial at Diana and U.S. 54.
Veterans Day In Las Cruces
Flying of Garrison Flag at Veterans Park , 2651 Roadrunner Parkway . Raising of the flag is at 8 a.m. and retrieval at 5 p.m. Dedication of the Afghanistan and Iraqi Wall, also at Veterans Park at 4 p.m. Klein Park , 155 N. Mesquite , at 1:30 p.m. the Woodmen of the Work from Albuquerque , NM will speak in honor of our veterans. In addition, the Las Cruces Veterans Day Parade will be Saturday, November 13th at 9 a.m. The parade will begin at Loretto Town Center, travel north on Church Street, east on Hadley Avenue, south on Campo Street and back to the Loretto Towne Center.
