Man Arrested For Allegedly Videotaping Woman Previously Arrested Trying To Get Different Woman To Expose Breasts With Knife

El Paso police arrested Robert Castillo, 20, last Thursday and charged him with improper photography after police say he secretly videotaped a woman while she was undressing.

Investigators said last January, Castillo taped the unidentified woman through her bathroom window. In October, the woman told police she received an email with compromising pictures of herself and a message that said, “Send me a pic of yourself and don’t get anyone involved.”

Police said they found a flashdrive hidden under Castillo’s mattress that contained a video of the woman wearing only her underwear.

Castillo was also arrested in August after a woman said he threatened her with a knife and demanded she expose her breasts. The woman told police she struggled briefly with Castillo before she managed to get away. Castillo was later arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

Castillo is free on a $5,000 bond.
