Audiences of all ages will have a rare opportunity to experience, on the big screen, the several notable theatrical cartoons from Hollywood?s golden age. Join us Saturday at 3pm for How the Grinch Stole Christmas!, and:
The Night Before Christmas (1941). The famous MGM duo of Tom and Jerry spar around the Christmas tree in this Academy Award nominated short.
Peace on Earth (1939). MGM?s poignant tale (told by squirrels) of the final days of Man and the peace that befell the earth following our demise. First MGM animated short to be nominated for an Academy Award.
Good Will To Men (1955). A nuclear-age, cold war update to 1939?s Peace on Earth and meditation (by mice) on the futility of war. Another Academy Award nomination followed.
Snow Business (1953). Warner Bros.? Sylvester and Tweety Bird spend some quality time together in a snow-bound cabin.
