1 Person Shot In Socorro
One person was shot in Socorro early Sunday morning, the Socorro Police Department said.
Officials said a man was shot in the abdomen after what they said appeared to be a break-in. The man was taken to University Medical Center and was taken into surgery.
Police said the man lived alone on the 500 block of Polep Way, near Passmore and Socorro roads.
