El Paso Police Arrest Man While He’s Allegedly Got Cocaine In Car

Lower Valley El Paso police officers arrested a man early Friday morning who allegedly had cocaine in his car.

The man, Manuel Garcia III, was parked in a Lower Valley apartment complex in the 600 block of Carolina when police officers checking on the complex saw him sitting in a silver Ford Mustang allegedly with a CD case, a rolled up white paper tube, and cocaine spread out in a line on the CD case.

Officers placed Garcia, 21, of the 6000 blockk of Wyoming, under arrest for possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram. The total aggregate weight of the cocaine was 1 gram. Garcia was booked into the El Paso County Jail on a bond of $1,500.
