Construction to Slow Traffic on Fort Bliss
EL PASO, Texas — The first of a three-part storm drain installation at Fort Bliss will begin Thursday, causing successive road closures.
Beginning Thursday, Doniphan Road at Cassidy will be closed for approximately 10 days.
On Wednesday, June 22, Slater St. (approximately 150 ft. North of Cassidy Rd.) will close for approximately 10 days.
Then, between July 6 and 22, Cassidy Rd. will be reduced to two lanes, (one in-bound and one out-bound) from Doniphan Rd. to Slater Rd.
Expect heavy traffic in and around these areas and consider alternate routes of travel to avoid delays.
