Man With Face Makeup, Latex Gloves Robs Northeast Bank
The FBI is on the hunt for a man who robbed the Wells Fargo Bank at 4600 Woodrow Bean Tuesday afternoon.
Investigators said he walked into the bank at around 4:30 p.m., handed the teller a note that said “this is a robbery.”
The man did not show a weapon.
After taking the money, the robber ran away towards the apartment complex across the street, said investigators.
He is described as a white man, 25-30 years-old, 5’6″ tall, medium build.
FBI investigators say he appeared to have white makeup on his face, and was wearing white latex gloves.
He was also wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, a black hat and dark sunglasses.
The FBI’s Violent Crimes Task Force is investigating the robbery. The task force includes El Paso police officers and sheriff’s deputies.
Investigators ask witnesses and anyone with information on the robbery to contact the FBI at 915-832-5000.
