Man Dies While Riding ATV, Police Label It ‘Unattended Death’
A man who was out riding his All Terrain Vehicle was found dead, according to El Paso Police. Investigators said Aaron Foote, 31, had been seen riding a Suzuki Quad ATV at 8:15 on Friday evening.
Nearly an hour after that, police officials said Foote was found in a desert area close the to the 10700 block of Dyer St. Police investigators said he sustained injuries and died at the scene. It’s unclear what kind of injuries he suffered or how he died exactly.
Police considered the incidents an “unattended death” and foul play is not suspected, though detectives from the Crimes Against Persons division are investigating the case.
Foote was from the 10700 block of Dyer.
