First Apple Store In El Paso Opens

The Apple store inside Cielo Vista Mall opened Saturday morning.

Dozens of people waited in line for hours outside the sleek retailer.

The mall opened its doors at 5 AM so people could begin lining up for the 10 AM opening of the Apple store.

“My husband is a fan of apple. He loves everything about it and I support him in everything and I love apple as well. I think they’re awesome and the reason why I’m here, is they’re going to give out free shirts and you can’t buy them anywhere,” said Diana Cervantes, who waited in line for more than two hours.

Apple stores are popular among their loyal customers who can find Mac, iPhone and iPod gadgets there.

A British research study recently concluded that the brains of loyal Apple consumers react similarly to brains of people who are part or attached to religious cults.

The study showed that the brains of Apple loyalists ‘glowed’ with exposure and use of the gadgets.
