Police: Man Found Passed Out In Running Car Had 95 Grams Of Cocaine

A Juarez driver who was passed out in a car that was still on and in gear was in possession of 95 grams of cocaine, police said.

An officer spotted 32-year-old Pedro Torres-Reyes asleep inside a 1997 Nissan Sentra in the center lane of Trowbridge on Wednesday night in front of Western Refining.

During a search of the car, a police supervisor discovered 10 small bags containing 95 grams of cocaine.

Torres-Reyes was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance over 4 grams and under 200 grams.

Torres-Reyes, of Juarez, was booked into the El Paso County Jail. His bond was set at $45,600.
