Man Accused Of Indecency With A Child At Restaurant
Investigators said this week that a 35-year-old man had sexual contact with a child last month at a restaurant in Northeast El Paso.
Jorge Valles Ontiveros, 35, was arrested on suspicion of indecency with a child involving sexual contact.
Police said Ontiveros had sexual contact with a child younger than 17 years on Aug. 6 at Tacos El Chavo, 9861 Dyer Street.
No other details were made available.
Ontiveros, of the 4900 block of Knox Street, was booked into the El Paso County Jail on Monday. His bond was set at $150,000.
