High Winds Topple Tractor-Trailer On Transmountain
High winds from Saturday’s cold front toppled a tractor-trailer on Transmountain Road, according to police.
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office responded to the wreck just after 6 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies said they found the truck on the road’s shoulder leaning on a concrete retaining barrier near a picnic area.
The truck was the only vehicle involved and was driven by 45-year-old Hugo Arce.
Transmountain Road was not shut down during the incident.
