Anthony ISD, Fabens Water Improvement District Bonds Results
In Fabens, just 13 voters made the difference passing the $10 million bond for the Water Improvement District Number 4. Out of 3,530 registered voters, only 101 made their voices heard. Fifty-four people voted in favor of the bond, while 41 voted against it.
Residents in the Anthony Independent School District rejected the $5 million bond for school improvements. The margin was 54 to 46 percent with 107 people voting against it and 91 in support.
