Cab Company Offers Free Rides On New Year’s Eve To Prevent Drunken Driving
New Year’s Eve is the worst day for drunken driving incidents, according to a recently released Liberty Mutual survey.
One local cab company is offering free rides home to help keep El Pasoans safe on the streets.
The news release by the El Paso Sheriff’s Office reads:
“The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is proud to announce that SUNCITY CAB CO. INC. will be providing free cab transportation for this 2011 NEW YEAR’S EVE HOLIDAY beginning December 31, 2011 from 10:00 PM to January 1, 2012 until 3:00 AM.
If you need a ride because you had too much to drink call: 915-544-2211.”
