First Alert: Winds Will Gust Above 50 mph Tuesday
A StormTrack Weather First Alert has been issued for Tuesday because of expected gusts of wind.
Potential gusts of wind could reach 50 mph in some areas, primarily in East El Paso.
A cold front also will move in, bringing temperatures from the 70s into the 60s the next several days.
The system is very dry and rain is not expected. Maximum wind gusts are expected between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday.
