StormTRACK Weather: Sunday PM

Expect quite the warm-up as we head into the start to the workweek with a high of 77 degrees on Monday. Skies will be sunny and winds will be light. It’ll be even warmer on Tuesday with a high of 79 and mainly sunny skies. However, an upper level storm system will bring windy conditions back to the Borderland on Tuesday afternoon with gusts to about 40mph. Wednesday will be an even windier day as the storm system continues to push through the region. Expect gusts to about 60mph on Wednesday with partly cloudy skies. Also, highs will reach 74 on Wednesday, as the system begins to bring cooler air into the region. We will drop to the breezy category by Thursday and highs will only reach 58 degrees with mainly sunny skies. Friday will be a calmer day with sunny skies and a high of 62 degrees. We will be back to the breezy category for next Saturday and Sunday. Expect sunshine both days. Highs will reach the mid 60’s on Saturday and the low 70’s by Sunday.
