UTEP Women’s Basketball Team Headed To Baton Rouge, La. For NCAA Tournament

The UTEP women’s basketball team will play Penn St. on Sunday in Baton Rouge, La. in the first round of the NCAA basketball tournament.

Penn St. is a No. 4 seed and has a record of 24-6. UTEP is a 13 seed with a 29-3 record. UTEP won the C-USA regular season championship and the conference tournament championship.

This is UTEP’s second trip to the NCAA tournament in school history.
