El Paso I-10 Corridor Aesthetic Master Plan Moves Forward
El Paso City Cuncil gave its approval Tuesday for the next step in a project that will provide a freeway facelift for parts of Interstate-10.
The El Paso I-10 Corridor Aesthetic Master Plan was presented by artist Vicki Scuri, a consultant hired by the City.
The plan encompasses overpasses on the busy freeway from Executive Boulevard to Hawkins Boulevard.
The first major project will be a makeover for Airway Boulevard costing an estimated $10 million, most of which will be covered by funds from the Texas Department of Transportation.
