El Paso Sheriff’s Deputies Arrest Man For Alleged DWI, Crashing Into Topless Club

El Paso Sheriff’s deputies arrested Gilbert Duran after he allegedly drove his pickup truck into a topless club on South Darrington in East El Paso County.

Sheriff’s deputies said Duran became enraged inside the club when he was told the club did not sell liquor. Duran was then escorted to his vehicle and drove into electrical poles used to protect the building, according to deputies.

He also allegedly collided his pickup truck into several vehicles which were parked in the night club’s parking lot.

Damage to the vehicles was about $11,000.

The owner of the night club estimated the establishments damages to be that of an approximate $10,000. Duran has been charged with DWI and three counts of criminal mischief.
