Shooting in East El Paso sends one man to the hospital in critical condition
A shooting on I-10 sent one man to the hospital with a gunshot wound to the head. It happened shortly before 7:30 Friday near I-10 west and Zaragoza.
El Paso Police dispatch confirmed a person was shot in a vehicle and a woman was also inside the vehicle at the time of the shooting.
An ABC-7 photographer saw the woman placed into a police unit and taken from the scene. Several detectives were on the scene and they seemed to be looking into the vehicle in question.
An ABC-7 photographer also noticed the back driver-side window appeared to be blown out. The victim was taken to Del Sol Medical Center in critical condition.
