T-Birds hockey squad in Albuquerque area this weekend
The Coronado T-Bird hockey team plays four games in the Albuquerque area this weekend. The team is 3-0 so far on the season.
Here is the schedule for the upcoming weekend:
Saturday – Outpost Arena (Albuquerque) – 9:30am vs St. Pius
Saturday – Outpost Arena (Albuquerque) – 11:15am vs. La Cueva
Saturday – Blades Multiplex (Rio Rancho) – 4:00pm vs Outkast
Sunday – Blades Multiplex (Rio Rancho) – 9:30am vs Cibola
Cibola defeated Coronado 6-1 for the New Mexico state championship last season. They’ve met once so far this year, with Coronado coming out on top in El Paso two weeks ago, 3-2.
