Northeast apartment fire under investigation

Apartment residents in northeast El Paso were awakened by a fire early Wednesday morning.

This incident happened just after 3 a.m. at the Autumn Manor Apartment Homes on the 900 block of McCombs.

Emergency crews tell us the fire was contained to an outdoor staircase, and no injuries were reported.
